I agree it's not entirely fair and that people should have more common sense when it comes to their health, my problem is your attitude towards it. You're so cold.
Do you despise the loved ones you've lost? Sarcasm aside, I've lost family members to both smoking and alcohol, but I don't hate those groups of people because their illnesses are payed for by the healthy.
Everyone pays taxes, the unhealthy pay for the unhealthy too.
