it isn't normal because most people don't fall inlove with their step sibling, but it's perfectly fine and isn't illegal, it might be awkward for your family but they will have to deal with it....oh and it could be VERY awkward for everyone if you ever broke up....

Im facing the exact same thing, Im secretly falling for my step brother. There's a lot of cases like ours, I think it's perfectly normal. If you plan on spending the rest of your life with her, then I suggest telling your parents..
My case is a little different though, because he is 34, and I am only 18.
