Okay so my best friend dated this guy on and off for about 10 months. He was really into her but she cheated on him multiple times and sometimes had sex with him and another guy in the same day. Well she finally dumped him. He changed. Quit smoking, drinking, and cussing. Well him and I were good friends he would always come to me for advice. He asked me to hangout and I did. Later he told me that he had feelings for me. Well i resisted the feelings but finally couldn't and now weve been together for over a year. Is this normal???

    Honestly if you like the guy a lot or are in love with him and you have a healthy relationship...then maybe it was all worth it.

    If I was you I wouldn't go ahead with getting much closer with the guy. Eventhough it might look like your friend didn't care much for him then its still quite wrong. Just think about what's more important to you though. Your friend or a relationship with this guy. If you feel like you want to have both then why not talk it over with your friend? Just drop it into conversation one time and then make subtle hints about you liking him.

    I stick to the rule of not dating anyone my "FRIENDS" have dated.... Maybe you don't really see this girl as that good of a friend or else you're just not a very good friend yourself.
