well he could be waiting and planning for the perfect time and place and ring to propose to you. you know that you are going to be together and get married etc. so why push it? do you even live together? if you dont then its probably a good idea to get a place together to see how compatible you really are. living together makes or breaks relationships but its better to do that now than get married then move in together then end up getting a divorce and having to deal with all of that crap.
but like i said before, dont push it. you are together so just love each other and cherish each other and when the time comes, he will propose. titles dont mean anything in a loving and caring relationship. just be happy to be with each other.
