    Get one with the removable plates though.

    I suppose some might think it a little OCD. It's certainly not going to make a huge difference in the amount of fat you're eating.

    I don't degrease sausages, but I really dislike greasy fried bacon, so I always pat that between layers of paper towel. Not much difference, between the two things, I guess.
