Is it normal to cut my arsehole when im angry & upset

I need big help This may seem really silly but when Im really upset and angry Instead of cutting my rist I cut my bumhole and let it bleed out my pain. I really want to stop but Is there anyone out there that does the same thing please dont judge me :( I know I really need help

    Thats, not... normal. When you get the urge to cut your ass, just have a beer or somthing to calm down. Don't mutilate your asshole, bad idea.

    that has to end. that can cause some serious damage, and plus that probably hurts way worse that cutting your wrists. and, hurting yourself isn't the answer to your problems anyway.
