I was thinking about it, but seeing a doctor usually leads to more problems with unnecessary treatments and prescriptions. I'd rather just ride it out.
Your choice, but you're self-medicating anyway and there has to be something a doctor could prescribe or that you could get over the counter from a pharmacist to replace all that rum: methinks maybe you're enjoying all those tots every night?

If you're having stomach cramps every night maybe you need to take a good look at your diet. Diarrhea doesn't come out solid, by the way.
Painkillers & 5 shots of rum every night is not healthy, you must surely know that

If this has been going on for a week, your self-medication obviously isn't working so maybe time to see a doctor?
