Is it normal to cry myself to sleep then feel fine in the morning?

  • The only two ways that I can let emotion out is to cry or beat the crap out of people that piss me off.
    I don't experience positive emotions and have recently been able to completely ignore negative ones too.
    The only one that still gets me is boredom, which is when I come to websites like this.

    If you cry too often, you might want to try the anger route, I find it more satisfying.
