Stress at school, work, or from a relationship maybe? Could be depression on set by shifts in work/study loads. Those are just a few things to thoughtfully consider before going to get help.
If it is brought on by no reason (as you say), you may want professional help. Zoloft will cheer you up.
Make sure you try to see what's going on and see If something else besides meds will work first for you. And talk to someone. And I know antidepressants are good for some people but I was on zoloft and it made me a zombie. I didn't feel sad but I also never felt happy. I didn't feel any emotion. You could have told me someone I loved just died and I wouldn't care. So then I was put on prozac and that stuff made me crazier then I already was. I'm just trying to say try everything before antipressants. Their really not good for you. And I go threw spurts of crying for no reason too, its normaly around my period.
is it normal to cry for no reason at all
