Women are of a different planet. This I know, I'm a woman. If you asked your girlfriend what it was and she told you she didn't know, it was probably because she couldn't pinpoint what it was. Something small could have set her off. I know that if I don't cry over anything for a while, I'll just start to bawl my eyes out over something silly. The saying 'to have a good cry' is very relevant. I usually feel better after crying because I've gotten rid of all the built up anger or frustration I've had since I last cried. It's also very nice to have someone like a boyfriend to be there and say it's okay. Even if you haven't got a flippin' clue why.
