Is it normal to cry for no reason ?

It happens when you're depressed. Talk to her about it.

I'm sure there is a reason, you just don't know what it is. It has probably been building up over a period of time, and she hit her breaking point and broke down in front of you. Did you ask her why she was crying? Did she tell you she didn't know? Probably because she couldn't put it into words at that moment. I do this sometimes. I think it is common and normal.

Women are of a different planet. This I know, I'm a woman. If you asked your girlfriend what it was and she told you she didn't know, it was probably because she couldn't pinpoint what it was. Something small could have set her off. I know that if I don't cry over anything for a while, I'll just start to bawl my eyes out over something silly. The saying 'to have a good cry' is very relevant. I usually feel better after crying because I've gotten rid of all the built up anger or frustration I've had since I last cried. It's also very nice to have someone like a boyfriend to be there and say it's okay. Even if you haven't got a flippin' clue why.

Totally normal....Thats what seperates a man from a boy... when you can console your girl when she starts to cry from what you may think is for no reason...(theres always a reason, whether she wants to tell you at that time is up to her) I do that sometimes too...the pressures of life build up ya know, sometimes you just gotta let it out and don't ask no questions. I do that too, my husband just grabs me and tells me its gonna be okay,,hell im a woman i cry bc i burnt dinner once outta a million times...not a big deal....but it feels good to have someone there just to let you know everythings okay... You should take this in consideration, women are specially designed creatures haha lol =)

cuz i randomly tear up every day at at about 2:30p.m. no matter how happy i am o.o
