Is it normal to cringe when someone calls their husband "hubby"?

Anytime someone calls their husband "Hubby" I cringe. I hate it. Anyone else feel this way?

    i hate couples that use the word babe, probably as much or more as your hate of "hubby".

    I'm annoyed by the terms "hubby" "wifey" and "bub" and I just glanced up and saw a few more I don't like either - tummy, vegies ......... Baby words .....

    I agree a hundred percent. I hate all of those babyfied words like hubby, tummy, veggies, etc. Grow up.

    Hubby, to me, just sounds immature lol but hey whatever floats their boats I guess. I certainly won't be calling my future husband that.
