  • The source of all cringe is self-shame. If you were "spiritually at peace" then there would be no cringe at saying grace or whatever. You'd just be apathetic.

    My guess is that if you took the time to understand Christianity and are smart enough not to take the Bible literally, your cringe would go. If you consider the book as a series of philosophical truths told in a form ancient peoples could understand, then you'd probably appreciate it a lot more.

    Christ = the "ideal human"
    Adam & Eve = the birth of self-consciousness

    • That's your opinion and belief, but I don't do religion because people judge others based on their religious differences.

      For example gay people often get judged because it's not on "Gods term".

      Besides, I only cringe on the inside. However, on the outside I don't judge because people are different. I don't show my cringe to others.

      Although I did show it here to express my opinion on the subject.
