Is it normal to crave sugar every day around 4pm?

In the morning, I wake up feeling great! I do exercises and eat a nice healthy big breakfast. I'm good until about 3pm or 4pm when I'm anxious and storming the fridge for anything that will make me feel better aka snack foods. Then I feel bad and then eat more then I feel worse and bloated and like crap. I say to my self I'll try again tomorrow but I never do. IIN? Especially for a male?

...In my opinion, this is quite normal, but, if possible should be curtailed or at least consist of more healthy snacks, fruits, or vegetables.

Are you just eating breakfast and not eating again until 3 or 4? If not I can tell you that's the reason. Your blood sugar is low. Eat some lunch and then you won't be ravenous in the afternoon. Simple as that.

  • It's normal to crave quick energy fixers like sugar. The only solution is to eat healthy sugary foods
