Pretty much anything that feels "exotic" to us Westerners - sushi, curry, souvlaki, couscous etc. Some of it, like pizza and various Mexican dishes, have gone completely mainstream by now, others like Chinese takeaway dishes are somewhere in between, and then there are ones like lutefisk and casu marzu that don't really stand a chance here.
