is it normal to cope with anxiety like this?

    I've taken xanax and that's just not true for me, so I'd assume it's not true for everyone. Plus even if it does help what does it work 4 hours?

      Maybe you didn't take enough maybe you should combine it with other things. What is life but 1 hour after another they don't usually come 1 pill to a bottle.

        Yeah, but there's a limit to how much you can take a day. I find other things work better for. I don't think xanax is the solution for everyone.
