If you don't want to play that game or do certain stuff, say so. Don't be afraid people will be mad or dissapointed. They might be, but it that really worse than being stressed all the time?
And find a better way to deal with things.. Harming yourself is not a healthy way and will only temporarily make it better, but worse long term. If you get stressed go for a run, or see some animals, write it off, talk. If you keep pulling your hair, some spots will stay bald forever.
