Is it normal to constantly worry

I constantly worry. I can't stop worrying. I always have to check my phone to make sure I replied to everyone so they don't think I ignored them, and I constantly have to be aware of every movement I do, or else someone might think I'm weird or something. I can't stop caring about everything and everyone. I cry almost everyday just thinking about how unhappy I am.

I understand that feeling. I am afraid of everything. I have anxiety about almost everything I do or say. If I disagree with something or someone, I won't say anything for fear of upsetting them. If someone asks me to do them a favor, I always say yes because I don't want anyone to be mad at me. That's been my whole life & I don't understand it

Sorry to hear this, op. Speaking from experience that's an awful predicament. This isn't a reliable diagnosis, (only trust a medical professional or therapist when it comes to these things) but I would guess you have a severe anxiety or over-hyperactivity disorder. See, anxiety is mostly triggered by your brain telling you something is wrong when nothing is the matter (Also known as your fight or flight response). I Would reccomend confiding in a close friend or family member. If you don't feel safe or comfortable with that, finding an online support group is also a valid option. If you have the funds, a therapist could also be a good idea. From there on medication could be provided. Please know although it absolutely sucks, you're not alone. It's hard for me, an internet stranger, to say for sure but it will get better. Sending my best wishes.
