If you can't think of anything else to do, you're just not being creative enough. :P There is always something to do, somewhere to go. There are hundreds of thousands of books and movies in this world. Millions of web pages. Billions of beautiful places to go. Bowling, malls, disc golf, bike trails, anything.
In today's day and age, no one has an excuse to be so bored. Imagine if you lived back in the dark ages where the most entertaining things people would do included shadow puppets on the wall.
haha I didn't specifically mean just those things just don't become dependent on substances.
I have friends who cannot enjoy anything unless they're high and it really takes away a lot of simple pleasure from they're lives becuase anything they do the only thing they can think is "This would be so much better if I was high."
Come on... there has to be SOMETHING you like doing.

Go outside - what if I don't have a place to go?
Read a book - tried it, but i also have a lot of time and it's becoming boring after while
go surfing - closest place for that is 200 miles away
take a walk - even more boring than at home
go see a movie - that's what i mostly do when I'm high, exept the "going" part
