Is it normal to constantly...
...rub your eyes when staring at something for a while. For example, when I get taken a photo, I sometimes I rub my eyes a lot. It always gets in the way but, it's just a habit for me. Is that normal?

Are your eyes irritated or do they feel dry? Maybe you could try using some eye drops and see if your need to rub them stops.
Honestly, I used to have the same habit when I was younger, but I had to learn to stop because it's damaging to the eyes to constantly rub them. Distract yourself and find other stuff to do with your hands when the urge arises :~)
