Your sister sounds like my brother. My dad was so hard on him, he is now my dads little minion. I call him my dads bitch, because my dad says jump and my brother says how hi.
I think its normal to have some hate for how things are in your family, but I am not sure having full fledged hate is normal. I cannot wait to leave my family though, and my dad lectures about weakness too. And by lecture, I mean scream in your face about it and call you a little fucking baby. Bleeeeeh.
You gotta take into account normal teen angst as well though.
