Is it normal to collect panties

I started collecting womens panties around the age of 12. I don't mean clean panties from the dresser either. I would take dirty worn panties from hampers or if they were thrown on the floor. I would take them from peoples houses I was at, friends moms, my uncles wife, my ex wifes mom and my cousins. Love smelling and tasting them as I jerk off.
