That's pretty much what q-tips are for. But you shouldn't do it too often or go too deep. They're really just for the outer part, it says so on the box. I used to use them after every shower (twice a day) but got the worst ear infection ever!!! It was sooo horrible. I don't do that so much anymore. I never want to go through that again.
