Is it normal to chew my nails compulsivly when im bored

    I have a problem with the skin around my nails. I often pick/chew. Someone once told me to put dog poop on them. Nooooo thank you! lol But yeah, I think there is stuff you can buy in a drug store that makes it taste absolutely awful.
