Is it normal to check my facebook multiple times daily?

Lately, I've been really bored and have been checking my facebook like three times every day. Does anybody else go on Facebook that much?

    I have Facebook on my bookmark toolbar and click it all the time. Sometimes without thinking about it!

    I check at least 5 times daily, but I'm a very conservative Facebook user. I never join any of these stupid fan pages or add any annoying apps. I only use it to connect with friends.
