I had the same problem. I was a huge huge stoner from about grade 9-12. Then when I went to University it started to change. I started feeling anxious and uncomfortable, especially if I wasn't with my closest friends. I still kept smoking quite a bit and continued until about half way through my Summer when I just decided to completely stop.
It ended up being some of the best times of my life. My social confidence came back ten-fold and it was as though nothing fazed me. I also took up meditation which filled the void of relaxation left by the Pot.
Anyways, it's been a few years, and I smoke more now than did then, but I mostly go in fazes.
All in all, it's just time to take a good break. You probably will never be a heavy smoker again, but it feels great to discover yourself as a non smoker. There is no shame in change.
IIN to change your high behavior after smoking for a long time?
