I put that it's normal, but not because it is, but it should be. You rock, you really must love your chick. That is a really caring thing to do because she could be harmed if it isn't removed. BUT, if she is uncomfortable with that, which I would be a little just because I think my own period is kinda gross and wouldn't want my boyfriend having to worry about that.....then I would recommend a menstrual cup, that way she could have kept it in with no harmful possibilities. I would bring that up to your girlfriend if she has a habit of passing out hard enough, with tampons in, where she doesn't wake up when you go digging for her tampon lol. Just a suggestion (:
