I do it as a convorstation starter to people i like. turn the tv on and dial their number, put it on loud speaker and leave my phone on the table, then after a while either text them like, 'did you ring me' or whatever to gain intertest. i'd say its normal, most people i know have done it.
Is it normal to call/txt someone and pretend it was an accident?
