    Yes many people call each other purple-headed all the time, and occasionally the odd "red arsehole" is also exchanged between gay friends.

      I've got a gay friend who announced to me that he'd been a busy boy the previous evening and his arsehole looked like the flag of Japan. There's no answer to that.
