i thought you were supposed to divide 100 by 2 because that's the average age people are living up to these days. So I would say 50. I think they're confused with mid-life crisis which can happen even in your late 20's, right?
100 is not the "average" age people are living to! Even in wealthy developed countries it's much less than that.
You seem to have a problem with basic maths: how could a mid life crisis happen in anyone's 20's when that's not mid-life?
Yeah, most people I know of are still alive in their late 90s so if 30 is middle-aged, we're going backwards a couple hundred years.
