Check out Experience Project, even counting for the fakes, trolls, etc, Underdressing as some call it is taking the world by storm: Partly because more men are coming out about it, partly because more hetero couples are "experimenting" with it, and partly because mens' underwear is "Boring as whale shit." (RIP Robin Williams). The latter 2 apply to me (Oops, my secret's out...) and my GF of 3 years thinks it is so HOT! (We even share each others' worn panties occasionaly...Mmmm!) They're even making whole clothing lines of men's lingerie now including bras, panties, camisoles, everything! Probably the first it'll be seen in retail like Walmart or Target in the US will be known as Gender Neutral underwear, as early as 4-6 years. Bras & panties per se are probably at least 8-10 years out,
