Is it normal to brush not just teeth but whole inside of mouth?

I don't just brush my teeth, I also brush my gums, under my tongue, the sides and roof of my mouth, and my tongue. They are all the places inside your mouth that can breed bacteria, and I brush all of that. Is that normal?

Yup. I wash my face, ass, feet, junk etc. when I shower. When i wash my car i make sure to hit all the glass, wheels, and body panels. When i do dishes i clean silverware, plates and bowls and pots and pans.

Normal. Get a $100 electric toothbrush like a Phillips Sonicare. It has a higher return on investment from preventing dental work, than anything else I own. Except for maybe a pill cutter.

if you gums bleed during brushing you have clinical scurvy. Fix it before you have a heart attack

My gums don't bleed, I go easy on them.

Going up to the gumline is great but they are too sensitive that brushing them can cause damage. Tongue is OK, but you are honestly likely degrading your toothbrush with this extra brushing.

The #1 important thing to do is FLOSSING once you get all your adult teeth in really.

Other bacteria in your mouth can be dealt with with a mouthwash.

    Flossing is extremely important.

If you are still concerned you could save up for an electric brush. But brushing the mouth like this is not something I would recommend

I rinse with Listerine too after I brush all over. I do brush lightly on my tongue cause I don't want to harm my taste buds, I can still taste food real good, so I haven't harmed em yet. And I brush lighter under my tongue and gums too. Roof of my mouth a bit harder like my teeth, but I don't brush too hard anywhere, cause brushing teeth too hard can wear on the enamel.

Yeh, no shit, I don't get any dentists that still use mercury in fillings. I just go lightly under my tongue, and on top of my tongue too cause I heard you can damage your taste buds if you brush your tongue too hard.

i have never brushed under my tongue its tender and is constantly washed out by saliva . i clean my tongue with a spoon. and i floss for fresh breath , i dont care that the asshole dentist say not to floss, they are the same fucking retards that put mercury in fillings.

My dentist is pretty thorough and always tells me to brush my gums good to ward off gum disease. Sometimes while she's examining my teeth, she'll slip her hand into my pants to examine my penis. I'll just say: you silly billy, my teeth are up here :)
