Normal? A bit..A good idea, especially when you're the one who has to clean it up? No. I've done it, then, learned to stop myself. Might feel good to heave a bottle or remote across the room, but, you're going to have to clean it up and/or replace it. Not worth the aggravation.
I remember getting into an argument with my now-ex wife, before she left for work one morning. Was so pissed, I heaved a full, plastic container of milk across the kitchen as she closed the door to the garage. Second it left my hand and hit the steel door, spreading milk and plastic bits all over, I thought..Dumbass..Now I gotta clean it up. Was the last time I threw something in anger.
