you just realized something that many people never understand. the truth is you make your own point in life, you decide whats worth living for. aside from that, you're just another organism in the universe, one out of billions, and one day you will die, and it wont chance anything, youll be forgotten as if you never existed, and within sometime our planet itself will cease to exist (in a few billion years), and so all that we do and achieve will just disappear one day as if nothing ever was.
but for now, youre alive, and you can live, even if only for the moment, so you better make the best of it, because once its gone, you cant get it back.
