The idea of equality is that the institutions of society treat people the same regardless of their gender and provide the same opportunities to each gender. This allows people to be free to follow their individual preferences, to have freedom in other words.
Gender equality never included the idea that men could give birth or that women have on average the physical strength of men. That would be ridiculous and virtually no one believes that. While I have big problems with the feminist movement, I have no issue with gender equality. It's basically the same cause as freedom and removing it will decrease the freedom of both genders to make choices.
IIN to believe that "gender equality" is unrealistic and fallacious?
