I can only speak of the 5 gay males I have known well. 2 are very shallow and also flaming, 1 is flaming but not shallow and 2 are neither shallow nor flamboyant.
From this very small sample group 40% is shallow, 60% is flaming and 66% of flamboyants are superficial.
This is the highest % of superficials in any group of my friends.
