I would say YES actually. The only reason most people do not/have no seen UFOs in my opinion is because in our modern society 99% of us never even so much as glance into the sky. I've seen a lot of weird things stargazing though nothing that had a defined shape; mostly just dim lights. I'd love to see disc/triangle but so far nothing like that.
One night I watched a dim light above cloud cover that I thought was a satellite. It entered an area where I could see it clearly and I shined a 50mw green laser pointer just in front of it. It did something I wasn't expecting AT ALL; it slowed down did a loop and then continued on its course.
