Is it normal to believe in santa, but not in god?

Just thought I would ask. I was just on EmailSanta.com and I was wondering if it was normal that I feel Santa is real, but not God.

Santa is more believable than God? One man who rides a flying sleigh and flying reindeer? is somehow magically able to visit every house with children all over the world in one night? and get in by squeezing his fatass down chimneys, some much smaller than him? All in one night? And no one has ever seen him? That is more believable?

Saying that god created the entire fucking world? Yep, super duper believable!

Don't forget about the giant fucking kingdom in the sky (heaven), and his harem of winged people (angels)

Im not saying that is either, but you think one man and reindeer can fly and deliver gifts to millions of houses in one night though?

          Are you the poster Hawtsaucezero?

So that's why god hates gays. He's just uncertain about his own sexuality.

Smart world we now live in, people believe in a flying man, flying reindeer, and someone who can drop down 10 million chimneys into ten million houses all in one night, but they think the most ridiculous thing of all is a higher power that created the universe. I'm not saying that it's God in the Christain sense, that is not believable, I agree. The idea of a big man with a beard and robe that made everything and the idea of a big red guy with horns, goat legs, and a pitchfork being real is laughable, I agree with that. But the universe sure as hell wasn't created by the big bang. So you believe an entire universe can just suddenly appear from absolutely nothing?

It's absurd to believe in either, if you think about it. Why would you believe in one but say the other is more ridiculous?

Maybe if my own opinion was that Santa is real, but not God, because Santa is an actual person with magic. And I do believe in magic, SOME, to a point.

Santa is just as impossible as God. There is no evidence of his existence, and his capabilities are unrealistic. It's just a story told to children for fun.

Um, seriously Santa? I mean God could have made a Santa, and GOD IS REAL PEOPLE

  • Stay up and watch your parents this Christmas. I can guarantee you it is them putting the presents under the tree. Santa Claus is not real.

No, because your parents prove Santa isn’t real if you catch them with your presents. You can't really prove if God is real or fake when you're not dead.

      Santa is real though.

A 5 year old who hasn't been baptised would think this way. If you are a 5 year old who hasn't been baptised then you are normal. If you are a fully grown adult who thinks like this, especially if you have been baptised, you are very strange.

But then, I get turned on by having candle wax dripped onto my chest, so who am I to call anyone strange...?

I don't think that you actually believe in santa but that you just wanted to trigger some Christians with that question and it actually worked.

    I'm proud of you.

Well atleast believing in santa doesnt make you hate other specific groups like the hard-core Christians do.

Nobody has a clue how the universe, or many universes came into being. As far as Santa and God goes, I'll put my money on Santa every time. God never brought me an inflatable squinky with a happy hole in it, or a new computer. Santa has, case closed. ;)

Yeh, I guess we should stay on Santa's side for the sake of the children. God, Jesus, and the Bible has not been a big fun annual festive celebrated holiday with presents and gifts. I'm gonna erase my other comments on this page because I don't want kids everywhere to read me bad-mouthing Santa.

I believe in a lot of things spirituality wise, but we as humans can't possibly know everything about God, the universe, etc...but anyway I'm pretty sure this post is a troll.

Unless you've seen Santa Claus. Pics or it didn't happen.
