I worked at a fast food restaurant in the 1980’s and this happened regularly. One guy would come through nightly after the bars closed and would either belch or fart into the drive thru then pull through quickly and do a burnout. We looked forward to this.
When I was a kid, I remember someone telling me if would be funny to go into a McDonald’s and order a “Whopper” or go into Burger King and order a “Big Mac.” But repeatedly belching and farting into the drive-thru intercom is much funnier!
