Is it normal to become jealous over the one you love?

A few months ago, I've meet a wonderful girl. She's smart, beautiful and funny. In other words, she's the perfect girl. We've been talking a lot lately and a few weeks ago, I realized that I felt in love with. She's been on my mind since and I believe that she has the same feelings for me.

For the past week or so i've been trying to ask her on a date but she always had something planned. So, I am currently confused about my situaiton because, on one hand, she seems very interrested but on the other, she's been going out (not in a relationship type of way) with other guys.

So it all comes to my question. Is it normal to become jealous over the one you love?

    I think this is normal because jealousy is normal, especially when it involves love. However, maybe you should talk to this girl about how serious your relationship is in a nice way so you have a sense of comfort when she is busy. I hope this helped. :)

    Where is my around of applause??? Your English is better than a lot of natives on this site. But yes, it is normal to feel jealous of someone you love. Jealousy isn't bad. It's just like anger. It is fine to experience it but don't let it control you. And actually if she likes you too, it will probably make her happy you are a little jealous because it shows you feel the same. Why don't you ask her when she is free rather than trying to set-up one particular night?

    Jealousy is a normal feeling but it's never a good feeling. However, being jealous always leads to something bad. So don't be jealous! You have no reason to be jealous! She isn't going out with you :)and if she isn't with anybody else, then maybe there's something between you two. Oh and she'll freak out if you're jealous. Like she'll think that you're crazy or something.
