I know its hard to take people's advice but mine would be this:
1. Go buy a good Virgin Coconut Oil and apply it to your face before you go to sleep, preferably 2-3 layers, do 1 layer and let it absorb for 3-4 minutes and follow up with the rest. Its not sticky and you'll sleep fine with VCO(virgin coconut oil) on your face throughout the night. This helps with renewing new skin cells and skin detox.
then:
2. Take Omega 3 Fish Oils into your diet. I take mine in capsules, 2 times a day. This helps with the inflammation.
3. Take 2000mg of Vitamin C tablets/capsules into your diet everyday, this helps with the collagen building and restore the connective tissues of your skin. Additionally if you can, go online and find this herb called Gotu Kola(available in capsules), it'll will heal your acne and helps with the collagen forming process faster.
Soon your acne is just a bittersweet part of your life.
Is it normal to become chronically depressed from having acne.
