Is it normal to be wxcited?

I have had three miscarriages and have found out about every one of them by going to the bathroom, wiping, and seeing blood on the toilet paper. After the third one the doctor found out I have a clotting disorder which is causing the miscarriages so when I got pregnant a fourth time she put me on blood thinners. This pregnancy seems to be going very well. But there have been a few times when I have wiped and seen blood and I freak out. When I double check to see if I have to call the doctor, I discover the blood is coming from my bum. Since I am on nausea medication that makes me constipated my number twos happen only like once a week and are extremely large so they tear me a little bit to the point I bleed. I guess I don't care if it's normal I'm excited that my butt is bleeding. I'll always be excited it's coming from my rear instead of elsewhere. But I'll ask anyway. Is it normal to be excited to be bleeding from my butt?
