Is it normal to be worried about pregnancy

Well l dunno how to put this. After l got home from work my boyfriend & l got into the shower, mind you we are both adults, and have been together a while. Well lets get to the point. We had sex in the shower, i dont start my pill till Sunday (today) and we didn't use protection. Anyways he pulled out but i'm worried that some how l am going to end up pregnant. What are my chances? :/ l feel totally bad about this, because we are not ready for a baby :/ nor could we afford it

    I was told that if you've been on birth control for three months or more, you can afford little slip ups like taking your pill late a couple times, missing one..etc. It's in your system so even when you're on the placebo's, you should still be protected. It's still not 100% effective though.
