I feel like food and calories are always on my mind. When I see food I don't think "yum" I think " how many calories" I don't really allow myself to eat if it hasn't been at least 5 hours since the last meal but i've been getting b.c. I'm now in track and run 4 miles everyday bur it makes me hungry. After talking a lit with my mom and looking online, you can't get so upset if you have something not super healthy one day or a couple days. It takes 3500 extra calories to gain a pound so one little treat will not hurt and trust me it took me a while to except this. And being on a 500 calorie diet or less is just going to leaf to binge eating so you should probably eat a little more each day and these can be healthy foods.
