Anyway, don't worry about Calories, just eat food with high proteins!
*Sardines, fish, tuna etc
*fried/boiled Chicken (avoid KFC and Chicken shops)
*Brown Bread not white bread
*Pasta
*Boiled eggs (don't eat the york- yellow bit)
*rice
Avoid eating cakes, doughnuts, chocolates.
Pizza, burger
Try and avoid food with so much deep fried and oils.
The reason why people get fat is, when they eat and do nothing afterwards, the food will make them fat.
But if you eat and start doing activity, or get your body working/moving, then the food will go straight to stomach and take all the energy and necessary bits it needs for the body.
