Is it normal to be wet..

So for like the past 4 years I've discovered that I'm wet like all the time. When I have sex there's so much cum that I have to clean odd afterwards. I did have a baby 3 years ago...but it's been this way since before I had her. I have to change my underwear like 3 times a day because it's that bad. What's wrong with me?
