    That happens to you if you spend to much time thinking about, or looking at sexually arousing material. It'll reset you neural pathways and make you generally horny and stupid(no offense to you). Your brain is plastic after all.

        It is always bad, but the amount of 'badness' is proportional to the time you spend with it. If you don't do it much, you probably won't notice any negative influence.

            If the benefit of offspring by sex didn't exist, then sex would only be bad for the brain. But as long as we need sex to multiply, the benefit compensates the negatives.
