I think this is not only normal, but ought to be addressed as a serious issue in society. It's one thing to be a rebellious teen, but another to think you can do something so drastic to a complete stranger that being said I do think that naked culture would be much better for our children. Think about it... Nobody really cares how much clothing you wear, and there isn't really anything teens can do to get much more rebellious! Trust me... When you're around naked people for quite some time, you stop caring that they're naked.
