I think young teenagers can have confusing feelings and therefore should not 'label' themselves as anything yet (if ever).
The types of people you are attracted to now won't be the same when you get older.
One way to tell if you are Bi or even homosexual is to picture yourself actually having raw naked sex with your 'friend' (Note: NOT just kissing) If that makes you cringe then its likely you are not either of the two.
By the way two girls kissing each other is 99.9% of the time not gay.
