It's all diet - eat less more often, keep away from "white death (white bread, pasta, potatoes, rice etc)", eat more dark colored veggies and lean protien - only eat a complex carb (whole grain bread etc.) with 2 meals (small portion). Keep away from refined sugar, alcohol, and high fat dairy.
